This is an auto greaser for a concrete hammer.
It was removed from a 416 CAT backhoe.
It operates on 12 VDC.
Yes, it works.
I also have the little switch (which was mounted under the foot treddle for the extended boom / hoe.)
I also have the hydraulic hose, if you want it.
It is the older style that you must "Hand pack".
